Delivery Locations

The items available on our website are deliverable to specific cities and regions, including:

• Mumbai
• Cochin
• Thiruvananthapuram

Proximity-Based Delivery Details:

• Within 10 km of Nearest Outlet:
  Deliveries are completed within 2–4 hours (between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM).
• Outside 10 km Zones:
  Shipments are dispatched from our warehouse and are typically delivered within 3–5 working days across India.

During the checkout process, the availability and estimated delivery times are displayed in the dropdown menu for full transparency.

Delivery Time Details

Estimated delivery times are shared at the point of order placement. These times depend on the following:

1. Proximity to Outlets:
   • Within 10 km: Delivery within 2–4 hours.
2. Warehouse Dispatch:
   • Outside Outlet Zones: Delivery within 3–5 working days.

Delivery timeframes commence from the shipping date and serve as a guideline. Note the following exceptions:

• Orders exceeding daily processing limits may require extended processing times.
• Specific items might necessitate additional time. In some cases, products may arrive in separate shipments.
• Exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, logistics disruptions) may alter delivery timelines.

Types of Delivery Services

1. Store Delivery:

   • After the customer places the order, the online operations team processes the request and assigns it to the respective store.
   • Orders are delivered per the delivery policy (generally within 2–3 hours). For any delays, the store provides updates directly to the customer.

2. Store Pickup:

   • Customers can opt to collect their orders from the nearest store by raising a request through customer care.
   • Format to Raise a Request for Store Pickup:
     • Order ID: [Provide Order ID]
     • Name: [Your Name]
     • Contact Number: [Your Number]
     • Request Example:

       "Under Order ID 12452, I would like to collect my package from the nearest store."

3. The online operations team will process the request and inform the customer once the package is ready for pickup.

4. Warehouse Delivery Options:

   • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.
   • Fast Delivery: Coming soon.
