Types of Delivery Offered by Ajfan

Ajfan delivers products through two key methods:

  1. Hyperlocal Delivery Services
  2. Standard Delivery Services

1. Hyperlocal Delivery Services

  • The package will be delivered directly from the store in an Ajfan-branded bag sealed with a stapler.
  • Reporting Damages or Issues:
    • If the bag is damaged or tampered with, follow these steps:

      1. Take 4 images and 1 video of the package.
      2. Send these along with the following details to [email protected]:
        • Name
        • Phone Number
        • Order ID
        • Missing Items
        • Quantity of Items
    • Once the team receives your request, the issue will be resolved within 4 hours.

Important Notes:

  • Do not share the delivery OTP with anyone until the package is delivered.
  • If the OTP is shared before delivery and the package is lost or stolen, Ajfan is not liable.

2. Standard Delivery Services

  • Packages sent via delivery partners (e.g., DTDC, Professional Courier, Indian Post) will arrive in a sealed box, as shown in the image.


  • Reporting Damages or Missing Items:
    • If the box is damaged or items are missing, report the issue within 1 hour of delivery by:

      • Sending 4 images and 1 video of the package, along with:
        • Name
        • Phone Number
        • Order ID
        • Missing Items
        • Quantity of Items
    • Send the information to [email protected].

Note: Complaints raised after the 1-hour window will not be accepted.
