Types of Delivery Offered by Ajfan
Ajfan delivers products through two key methods:
- Hyperlocal Delivery Services
- Standard Delivery Services
1. Hyperlocal Delivery Services
- The package will be delivered directly from the store in an Ajfan-branded bag sealed with a stapler.
- Reporting Damages or Issues:
If the bag is damaged or tampered with, follow these steps:
- Take 4 images and 1 video of the package.
- Send these along with the following details to [email protected]:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Order ID
- Missing Items
- Quantity of Items
Once the team receives your request, the issue will be resolved within 4 hours.
Important Notes:
- Do not share the delivery OTP with anyone until the package is delivered.
- If the OTP is shared before delivery and the package is lost or stolen, Ajfan is not liable.

2. Standard Delivery Services
- Packages sent via delivery partners (e.g., DTDC, Professional Courier, Indian Post) will arrive in a sealed box, as shown in the image.
- Reporting Damages or Missing Items:
If the box is damaged or items are missing, report the issue within 1 hour of delivery by:
- Sending 4 images and 1 video of the package, along with:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Order ID
- Missing Items
- Quantity of Items

Note: Complaints raised after the 1-hour window will not be accepted.
