Why and When Can Changes Be Made?

• If incorrect items or quantities were added during order placement.
• If you wish to increase or decrease quantities or replace an item with another, provided the stock is available.

Once the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to accommodate changes.

How to Request Changes to Your Order

What Happens Next?

1. Order Hold
   Once we receive your request, we will temporarily hold your order until your confirmation is received and processed.

2. Price Adjustments

   • If the New Amount Is Higher: We will send a payment link to your registered email address to cover the additional charges.
   • If a Refund Is Needed: Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

3. Order Update
   Upon confirmation and payment (if required), we will update your order details and provide you with the revised information.
