Refund Process and Options

Refund Process:

The refund process has been initiated from our end, and the amount will be credited back to your account within 3 to 15 Indian bank working days.

As per our policy, refunds are processed every Friday, which is designated as the account closing day. Once initiated, the refund typically takes 3 to 15 Indian bank working days to reflect in your original payment method. If the payment was made via UPI, bank transfer, or card transaction, the refund will be credited to the same payment method.


Refund Options:

  1. Order Cancellation Refund:

    As per the cancellation policy, customers can request a full refund for orders that are canceled in accordance with the guidelines.

  2. One or More Product Refund:
    If a customer wishes to return one or more products, they can raise a query with customer care. The refund will be processed as per the order cancellation policy. 

  3. Delivery Charges Refund:
    Currently, there is no option to refund delivery charges.

Policy for Payment Failure and Refund Process

At Ajfan Dates and nuts , we aim to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. In the event of a payment failure, we follow a structured refund process to resolve the issue promptly.

Steps to Initiate a Refund for Payment Failure:

  1. Reporting the Issue
    Customers should send an email to our customer care team with the following details:

    • Full Name
    • Contact Number
    • Email ID
    • Transaction ID
    • Transaction Date and Time
    • Transaction Amount
    • Screenshot of the Failed Transaction
  2. Acknowledgment and Registration
    Once the required details are received, we will acknowledge the complaint and register the transaction issue in our system.

  3. Investigation
    Our team will verify the transaction details with the payment gateway and initiate a detailed investigation.

  4. Resolution Timeline

    • Successful Transactions: If the payment is successful and credited to our account, the order will be processed immediately.
    • Failed Transactions: In the case of a failed transaction, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds typically take 5-15 RBI working days to reflect in the customer’s original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Customers will receive updates on the progress of their refund via email.
  • If the refund is not received within the stated timeline, please contact our customer care team for further assistance.
